Website prices and preliminary figures are starting estimates only unless specifically identified as a final approved quote.

Final pricing may change based on artwork, setup, material, size, quantity, complexity, customer-supplied items, shipping, taxes, rush requests, and other project-specific requirements.

Applicable final pricing or approval terms will be provided before production begins.

The customer is responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, dimensions, layout, placement, quantity, and other details before approving a project.

Boss Gute Creations is not responsible for errors present in customer-provided information or an approved proof, except when we fail to produce the approved design as agreed.

Digital mockups are approximations and may not perfectly represent the final physical result.

Because personalized products are made specifically for the customer, all sales are final once production has begun, except when Boss Gute Creations made an error or when a refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Cancellation requests made before production begins will be reviewed individually. Charges may still apply for completed design, setup, special-order materials, or other work already performed.

Changes requested after approval may require a revised quote and may affect turnaround time.

Customer-supplied items are accepted only after review. Engraving, marking, handling, fixturing, cleaning, and testing can create an unavoidable risk of cosmetic or physical damage.

Boss Gute Creations will use reasonable care but cannot guarantee replacement of items affected by hidden coatings, unknown material composition, manufacturing defects, prior damage, inconsistent finishes, or other conditions that could not reasonably be identified beforehand.

Any special replacement-value agreement must be made in writing before work begins.

Engraving results can vary because of material composition, coatings, grain, color, finish, manufacturing tolerances, lighting, screen settings, and natural variation.

Wood, leather, glass, coated products, anodized aluminum, metals, and other materials may not match website photographs or previous projects exactly.

Minor variations normal to the material or process are not considered defects.

The customer represents that they own, created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to use all text, logos, images, designs, trademarks, and other content submitted for a project.

The customer authorizes Boss Gute Creations to reproduce and modify submitted content only as reasonably necessary to quote, prepare, produce, document, and deliver the requested work.

Boss Gute Creations may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Turnaround times are estimates unless a specific deadline is accepted in writing.

Production may be affected by artwork revisions, customer response time, material availability, equipment issues, shipping delays, weather, carrier delays, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Customers should disclose event dates or hard deadlines before approving a project.

Shipping charges, carrier options, packaging, insurance, and delivery timing will be provided when applicable.

If an online, mail, or telephone order cannot be shipped within the promised or legally permitted time, Boss Gute Creations will provide any notice, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and promptly reporting visible shipping damage.

If Boss Gute Creations produces the wrong approved design, quantity, spelling, placement, or other agreed specification because of our error, contact us promptly.

Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include correction, rework, replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, limited, or disclaimed.

These Terms may be updated as services, website features, payment methods, and business practices change.

The version posted when an order is approved will generally apply to that order unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.
